概要

ダイレクトセールは、グループキャンプやテーマキャンプ向けに提供されるチケット購入方式です。テーマキャンプの活動支援の一環として実施しています。

内容

チケットは全券種対象で、割引価格で購入可能

キャンプフィーとチケット代を合わせて一括集金

10人〜19人参加：10%割引

20人以上参加：15%割引

※12歳以下の無料参加者は人数に含めない

※(駐車券を含む全券種が割引対象)

販売期間：2025年6月25日〜9月9日(イベント開催日の1ヶ月前)

申込み方法：運営が用意するフォームにて、キャンプ名、券種等を登録

支払い方法：運営指定口座へ合計金額を振込

申し込み完了の確認：運営からテーマキャンプリーダーへ入金確認をメール送付

注意事項

チケットキャンセルは不可。必ずメンバーから集金を完了させてから発注すること。

本プログラムはテーマキャンプの支援を目的としているため、キャンプリーダーに金銭リスクを負ってほしくないです。注意深く実施してください。

・振込は2025年9月9日までに終えることでエントリー完了とする

チケットの追加発注は締切日を過ぎて2025年10月3日まで受付。

その際、追加分を含めて10％=>15%割引の条件を満たす場合は、キャンプが有利になるよう全体が15％割引の適用として、追加購入時に差額分を再計算する。

Overview

The Direct Sale is a ticket purchase method offered to group camps and theme camps. It is implemented as part of support for theme camp activities.

Details

All ticket types are eligible and can be purchased at a discounted price.

Ticket and camp fees are collected together in a lump sum.

10 to 19 participants: 10% discount

20 or more participants: 15% discount

※ Participants under 12 years old (free entry) are not included in the count

※ (All ticket types including parking passes are eligible for discounts)

Sales period: June 25 – September 9, 2025 (1 month before the event date)

Application method: Register camp name, ticket types, etc. using a form provided by the organizers

Payment method: Transfer the total amount to the bank account specified by the organizers

Confirmation of application: Organizers will send a payment confirmation email to the theme camp leader

Notes

Ticket cancellations are not allowed. Be sure to collect payments from members before placing an order.

This program is intended to support theme camps, so we do not want camp leaders to take on financial risk. Please proceed carefully.

・Entry is considered complete only when the transfer is finished by September 9, 2025

Additional ticket orders will be accepted until October 3, 2025, even after the deadline.

If the total number of participants including additional orders qualifies for the 15% discount, the entire order will be recalculated and the 15% discount will be applied for the benefit of the camp.
